About Suzanne Berthier
Creativity Is God 's life breath in each one of us! Sometimes we do not get to breathe for a very long time due to life and parental expectations. When my children were little, I self-taught Batik and designed tees for sale at an art and craft show in Niantic, Ct. I practiced Nursing as an R.N. for 40Years. ,I retired early due to back injuries and decided to study oil painting under Anne Kuchnik in Williamsburg, afterwards participated in a Gallery exhibit in 2010. After relocating to Miami beach, I painted oils for 2 years, then attended Miami International University of Art and Design in 2012. Busy with family, I adopted my great-granddaughter who I raised and back to Williamsburg in 2019. In 2021, amid Covid -19, and and a tragic death in family, I thrust myself into Art. I studied and graduated from CVP2021 Creative Visionary Program with Nickolas Wilton, joined the Art2Life Academy, obtained my LLC. Also became a member of the Williamsburg Contemporary Art Center. Where I have had the pleasure of exhibiting my art and handmade knitted hats in the Artisan Center.
